New Dolls Mina and Raven
Here are some photos of the dolls I made for my recent shows. They are 2 more of my bird cage skirt girls. Here is Mina wearing peacock colours and Raven in dark feathers. They both are wearing vintage lace, victorian beading and found materials. Raven wears a turquoise medal of Lourdes and Mina wears a gorgeous peacock feather that a dear friend gave me. I wasn't able to take such great photos of them before the show unfortunately. These are spooky girls for Fall, but it is already time to start thinking of pretty Snow Queens! Welcome the new girls!

My Show is Finally Up!
My latest show is finally up at the Indianapolis Art Center in Indiana. It is in conjunction with the El Dia de los Muertos Altars which are up in another gallery and look fantastic. It is nice because it is up at the same time that my first art teacher's show is up in the library gallery. I first met her when I was 9. She died last year. She basically let me do my own thing and I am so honoured to have a show up with her.
Now, I need to get started on my next projects!
